Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Every size in this artificial palm range comes in two shapes - straight or curved - across five heights from 8.2 ft (2.5 m) to 15 ft (4.5 m). It has green fronds on a textured palm-style trunk and is intended for indoor tropical schemes in malls, hotel lobbies, restaurants and event builds.

Straight or curved?

Straight for a formal arrangement - a pair flanking an entrance, or a row down an atrium. Curved for a single specimen, because the lean gives the tree a direction and makes it look grown rather than installed. Mixing both in one group is the usual trick for making a planting look natural.

How tall is it, really?

2.5 m, 3 m, 3.5 m, 4 m and 4.5 m. The curved options need more plan space than the straight ones at the same height, because the trunk travels sideways before the canopy starts - allow for that when you set out positions.

Can this go outside?

It is best suited to indoor decorative installation. There is no UV or weathering data attached to this tree, so we are not going to recommend it for a permanently exposed position when other palms in the range are specified for that.
