This website is operated by Eververda, an online retailer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Eververda. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using the site.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products using the specifications supplied to us by their manufacturers, and we state on each product page where a specification has not been published by the manufacturer. Where a figure is marked "not stated", we do not hold that figure and are not representing it.

Colours and finishes displayed on your screen may differ from the physical product. Every effort is made to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display renders colour precisely.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, including after an order has been submitted.

Made-to-order and project work

Certain products are produced to order or supplied on a quoted project basis. For these, the written quotation and specification agreed with you forms part of these terms. Made-to-order items are final sale, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including a delivery address at which the goods can actually be received. You are responsible for confirming that oversized items can be delivered to and accommodated at your address.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and may refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party sites and materials that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eververda is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eververda from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
