Refund policy

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Authorisation first

Email support@eververda.com with your order number to request a return authorisation. We will reply with the return address. Do not ship anything back before receiving an authorisation. We cannot process a parcel that arrives without one, and it may be delayed or refused.

What is not returnable

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

Custom and made-to-order pieces produced to your specification
Quote-based project orders
Items that have been modified, cut, trimmed or installed
Green wall and hedge panels that have been cut or fixed to a surface

Change-of-mind returns

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping and the item must reach us undamaged. Your refund is the item price less a 15% restocking fee. For example, a $280 item receives a refund of $238, plus any tax charged on the returned amount. Duties already paid are not refundable by us.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report shipping damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, at our cost. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days are resolved the same way.

If the item arrived damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, we pay return shipping and no restocking fee applies. The 15% restocking fee never applies in these cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Cancellations

You may cancel an in-stock order for a full refund, with no restocking fee, at any time before it is dispatched. Made-to-order pieces may be cancelled before production begins; once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
