Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Standing 10 ft (3 m) on a textured trunk, this artificial fiddle leaf fig is the unpotted version of the range, built to be dropped into a planter chosen for the scheme. Designers and stagers tend to prefer it for exactly that reason.

What kind of pot does it come in?

None is supplied. That is deliberate: the tree is sized to sit inside a specified planter, so the container can match the joinery or the floor finish instead of fighting it. Budget for a planter and ballast when you order.

What is the trunk made of?

A textured moulded trunk with visible bark relief. It carries the branch weight without staking, which matters when the base will be hidden inside a planter and cannot be braced.

Will it look real up close?

At normal room distance it reads convincingly. Within arm's reach the leaf surfaces are uniformly glossy in a way living fiddle leaf foliage is not, so it is better placed at the edge of a room than beside a seat.

Where does this work best?

Lobbies, dining areas, living rooms and staged interiors where the planter is part of the design. Its height works against a wall or in a corner rather than free-standing in the middle of a floor.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Why does it look flat when it arrives?
