Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The Large Faux Coffee Tree is a moulded-plastic faux coffee plant on a floor-standing trunk, offered at 7.5 ft, 8 ft and 8.5 ft. Its dense, glossy canopy brings tropical weight to living rooms, entryways, offices, cafes, showrooms and photo sets where a real coffee plant would sulk in low light.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

It arrives with the branches folded in and needs fluffing out before it looks like anything. This is the single most common reason an artificial tree disappoints on day one - unfluffed, the canopy sits flat and sparse. Work from the trunk outwards, separating each branch and turning leaves to face different directions.

How tall is it, really?

Three heights, close together: 230 cm (7.5 ft), 240 cm (8 ft) and 250 cm (8.5 ft). Only 20 cm separates the smallest from the largest, so choose on ceiling clearance rather than expecting a visible difference. All three are floor pieces; none of them is a tabletop tree.

Where does this work best?

Anywhere you need mass rather than outline. A coffee plant carries broad, closely spaced leaves, so it screens a view and softens a hard corner far more effectively than an olive or a pine of the same height. That makes it genuinely useful as a low divider in a cafe or an open-plan office.
