Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The Nordic-style faux olive tree is a fibreglass-built specimen measuring 5 m tall and 6 m wide - 16.5 ft by 20 ft - carrying olive foliage and fruit across a very broad canopy. It is a landscape-scale piece for hotel lobbies, malls, showrooms, event sets, patios and grand entrances.

How wide does it spread?

6 m, about 20 ft, against 5 m of height - so it is wider than it is tall by a clear margin. That is the defining fact about this tree. Before anything else, check you have twenty feet of unobstructed floor and nothing in the canopy zone: light fittings, sprinkler heads, hanging signage.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is specified for outdoor settings as well as indoors, and fibreglass is the right structure for that - it does not rot, rust or swell, and it carries a canopy this wide without a steel armature showing through. Outdoors, six metres of canopy needs proper ground fixing, not a weighted base.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

It is realistically only suitable for one. At 5 by 6 metres this is a building-scale object, closer to architecture than to planting, and it needs an access plan, a delivery route and a fixing detail agreed before anyone orders it. In the right atrium it does what nothing smaller can.
