Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Willow drapes, and that is the whole reason to choose one: at 3.5 m high by 3.5 m wide, the branch curtain reaches most of the way to the floor. Fiberglass built, supplied in red or green or a colour made to order.

How wide does it spread?

3.5 m, equal to its height. With willow that spread is less a canopy than a hanging screen, which is why it gets used to close off the back of a stage or to soften a hard wall at an event.

How long will it last?

Five to eight years outdoors is the stated figure. Willow foliage is fine and thin, so it is the part that shows age first - the fiberglass structure will outlast the look of the tree by a wide margin.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes. Sizes are customisable and the minimum order is one piece, so a single tree built to a specific drop is a normal order. Red and green are the standard colours, with others made to order.
