Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

What distinguishes this artificial coconut palm is the curve: the trunk leans rather than standing straight, the way a coastal palm grows away from prevailing wind. Built on a fiberglass trunk over a galvanized steel core with PE and fabric leaves, it runs from 9 ft (3 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m) for outdoor landscape work.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass over a reinforced galvanized steel internal structure. The steel is what carries the load and the wind; the fiberglass gives the textured, fibrous surface a coconut palm needs. Galvanizing is the detail that matters for an outdoor tree - an untreated steel core rusts from the inside where you cannot see it.

Why choose the curved trunk over a straight one?

Because a straight palm in a row looks planted by a contractor and a curved one looks like it grew there. Curved trunks also reach out over a pool edge or a walkway, putting canopy where a vertical trunk would put nothing.

How tall is it, really?

Six sizes from 9 ft (3 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m). The 3 m and 3.5 m sizes work at a hotel entrance; 4.5 m and above are pool deck and plaza trees that need a proper foundation or a weighted base.
