Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A 13 ft (4 m) artificial weeping willow with a fiberglass trunk and fabric foliage, carrying a crown 400 cm across. The trailing branches are what you are buying: they fall vertically and read as movement even in still air.

How wide does it spread?

The crown measures 400 cm, matching the height, and the trunk runs 30 to 40 cm in diameter at the base. Willow branches hang rather than reach, so the widest point is high up and the floor footprint is smaller than the crown figure suggests.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass, at 30 to 40 cm across. That diameter matters visually, because a thin trunk under a wide weeping crown looks wrong immediately, and it also gives the structure enough section to carry the trailing weight.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

Trunk and branch sections assemble on site. The trailing fronds need combing out and separating after unpacking or they hang in clumps rather than as a curtain.

Where does this work best?

Hotel lobbies, upscale restaurants and interior spaces with a void to fill. Willows are best viewed from underneath or beside, so give it clear space rather than pushing it into a corner.
