Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Four options across two measured sizes: A and B come in at 42 x 25 x 53 cm, C and D at 50 x 45 x 65 cm, both on a natural wood trunk. A 3 ft (90 cm) figure is also associated with this piece, which the measured sizes do not support.

How tall is it, really?

53 cm on options A and B, 65 cm on C and D. The 3 ft figure quoted elsewhere matches neither, so buy on the centimetre dimensions - they arrive with a depth and a width attached, which a bare height never does.

How wide does it spread?

42 cm on the smaller pair, 50 cm on the larger. Depth is the number that catches people out: A and B are only 25 cm front to back while C and D are 45 cm, nearly double, and will overhang a shallow shelf.

Where does this work best?

Tabletops and corner surfaces in a home, a restaurant or a hotel room. The smaller pair suits a console or a desk; the larger pair has enough presence for a low cabinet or the end of a reception counter.
