Shipping & Delivery

Freight for oversized pieces. Tall trees and multi-unit orders ship by freight and we will arrange a delivery window with you.

Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Mirrored artificial welcome pine bonsai, sold as left-leaning and right-leaning versions of the same five forms plus a single Section A option. The pairing exists for a reason: two trees that lean towards each other can flank a doorway, a fireplace or a lift lobby.

Where does this work best?

Either side of an opening, which is what the left and right variants are for. Order one of each within the same type and you get a matched pair; order two of the same hand and they both lean the same way, which reads as an error.

What is the trunk made of?

Natural wood rather than moulded resin. That is what allows a genuine asymmetric lean instead of the same repeated curve on every unit, and it is the main reason these read as sculpted rather than stamped out.

Does it need any maintenance?

Dust the foliage pads and otherwise leave it alone. No watering, no repotting, no seasonal pruning - the shape you receive is the shape it keeps, which is rather the point of buying a formal bonsai silhouette in artificial form.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm. For a standard room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well. For lobbies and atriums, go taller than instinct suggests, because undersized trees vanish in large volumes. Send us your dimensions and we will advise before you order.
Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
