Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Two sizes only - 8 ft (2.5 m) and 9 ft (3 m) - built with a fiberglass structure, a real wood trunk and soft silk leaves. That combination is what makes this artificial olive usable outdoors as well as indoors, in restaurant courtyards and garden schemes.

What is the trunk made of?

Real wood, with fiberglass carrying the branch armature behind it. The wood is what you see and touch at eye level; the fiberglass is what stops a 3 m tree flexing when somebody brushes past it.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is specified for indoor and outdoor use. A sheltered position still extends its life - nothing artificial improves under continuous rain, and a wood trunk least of all.

How tall is it, really?

Either 8 ft (2.5 m) or 9 ft (3 m), measured to the top of the foliage. Both exceed a standard 2.4 m domestic ceiling, so this is a double-height room or commercial-space tree rather than a living room one.
