Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

An artificial maple tree at 17 ft (5.18 m), built as a custom-height event centrepiece with maple foliage on a branching frame. This is banqueting and atrium scale - the size specified when a wedding room, a shopping centre concourse or a hotel void needs one object at the centre of it.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes - this tree is made to order, and 17 ft (5.18 m) is the listed configuration rather than a fixed ceiling. Tell us the drop you are working to and the build is set to it, which matters when a venue has a fixed void height you cannot exceed.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

It is built for exactly that. Event stylists, hotels and shopping centres are the usual buyers, because a tree of this height has to be specified rather than bought off a shelf. Because it is built rather than stocked, tell us the venue and the install date at enquiry stage so the programme works backwards from your event.

Where does this work best?

Under a skylight, in an atrium void, or centred in a banqueting room with the tables set around it. Maple foliage is dense and warm-toned, so it reads strongly under uplighting from the base - which is worth planning into the room before the tree arrives.
