Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A forged fiberglass maple leaf tree, ordered as a height-and-canopy-length pair from 6.6 ft by 5.2 ft up to 13.1 ft by 9.8 ft (2.0 m by 1.6 m to 4.0 m by 3.0 m). Specifying spread separately from height is what makes it useful in atria, malls and hotel voids where the canopy has to reach a particular point.

How wide does it spread?

Between 5.2 ft and 9.8 ft (1.6 m to 3.0 m), chosen independently of the height. A 9.8 ft tree can be had with a 6.6 ft canopy for a tight corridor or a 9.8 ft canopy for a full atrium spread - the same tree covering very different amounts of floor.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

That is the market it is built for. Shopping malls, hotel interiors, atria and garden schemes are the listed applications, and eleven size combinations exist precisely so a specifier can match a drawing instead of adapting to stock.

Does it need any maintenance?

Periodic dusting of the canopy, reached with a soft extension duster on the taller sizes. Nothing else - no irrigation run, no drip tray, no seasonal leaf sweep, which on a 4 m tree in a public atrium is the whole business case.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
