Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

PVC foliage on an expandable trellis, 3.9 ft (1.2 m), with an anti-UV surface treatment applied to the leaves. It is an outdoor screening panel for garden boundaries, patio zoning and the commercial walls that need something in front of them - utility runs, meter cupboards, event perimeters.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

An anti-UV surface treatment is applied specifically to slow that. No test standard or duration is quoted, so we will not put a number of years on it. What we will say is that a treated panel holds colour noticeably longer than an untreated one in the same position.

What is the foliage made of?

PVC. It is stiffer than PE and holds a moulded leaf shape more crisply, which is why it suits an outdoor panel that has to keep its form through wind and rain rather than sit still in a lobby.

Where does this work best?

Concealment jobs. Bin stores, air conditioning condensers, the back of a generator, the run of pipework along a restaurant's side elevation. It is a screening product first and a decorative one second, and it is honest about that.
