Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

An artificial ivy fence roll is a flexible leaf-covered panel that unrolls along a boundary to hide what is behind it. This one comes in a 3.3 ft (1 m) size and in five leaf finishes, so it can be matched to a planting scheme rather than defaulting to plain ivy green.

What leaf finishes can I choose?

Five: ivy, dark green rose, light green rose, green rose print, and maple. The rose and maple finishes carry more colour variation than plain ivy, which helps on a long run where a single flat green starts to look like carpet.

Can this go outside?

Yes - it is made for indoor or outdoor decorative screening on fences, railings and temporary partitions. It is a plastic-leaf product on a flexible backing, so treat it as decorative cover rather than a structural fence. It needs something solid behind it to attach to.

Where does this work best?

Entries, terraces, and the service areas nobody wants in a photograph - bin stores, plant rooms, hoardings. It is also the standard trick for hiding a chain-link fence at a pop-up or a launch, because it goes up with cable ties and comes down in an afternoon.
