Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Water resistance and UV resistance are the two properties this 1.6 x 1.6 ft (0.50 x 0.50 m) artificial grass panel is specified on. Built in a PE and UV blend, it is sold for indoor feature walls and covered outdoor applications, and for home garden decoration as much as for commercial work.

Can this go outside?

Yes, on covered or partly sheltered walls. It is listed as water resistant and UV resistant, and it holds no water so freeze-thaw is not the issue it would be with a fibrous panel. A fully exposed south-facing elevation is the hardest test and we have no test duration to quote for it.

How long will it last?

Honestly, we cannot give you a number - no test standard is published for this claim, so we won't turn it into a warranty. What we can say is that indoors, out of direct sun, these panels change very little.

How many panels do I need per square metre?

Four. Panels connect to each other, so build the run flat on the ground first where you can, then lift the assembled sheet into place - it is far quicker than tiling one at a time up a wall.
