Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

A ginkgo is the fan-leaf tree that turns bright yellow in autumn, and this is a full-scale artificial version standing 16.5 ft (5 m). At that height it is an atrium, stairwell or double-height lobby piece rather than a room tree, and the height itself can be built to your ceiling.

What is the trunk made of?

Two options, and they are genuinely different products underneath. The natural wood trunk measures 15 cm (5.9 in) in diameter and gives you real bark texture. The fiberglass trunk is heavier and over 20 cm (7.9 in) in diameter, which suits a thicker, more sculptural profile.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, height is made to order. The listed size is 16.5 ft (5 m), but the build is cut to fit a specific ceiling or atrium void, which is the usual reason a project chooses this tree over a stock one.

Where does this work best?

Hotel lobbies, shopping mall voids, restaurant double-heights and large private homes. The yellow canopy does something a green tree cannot - it reads as light rather than as planting, so it holds a dim corner that a ficus would disappear into.
