Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

An artificial Dracaena fragrans built on a fiberglass trunk, offered at 10 ft (3 m), 11.6 ft (3.5 m) and 13 ft (4 m). The long strap-shaped leaves give a tropical read at height without the wide canopy of a palm, which is why it suits narrow lobby corners and entrance flanks.

Can this go outside?

Yes. The foliage is UV-resistant and the fiberglass trunk is rated for exterior placement, so patios, grand entrances and covered forecourts all work. It is the outdoor-ready option in the tropical group.

How wide does it spread?

Narrower than a palm at the same height, because the leaves arch upward from the crown rather than radiating flat. That makes it the better pick for a 900 mm alcove where a fan palm would foul the walls.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, heights are made to order beyond the three stock sizes. Give us the finished ceiling dimension, since the crown sits near the top of the stated height.

Does it need any maintenance?

No watering or feeding. The leaves are long and slightly ridged and collect dust along the upper surface, so plan on a wipe-down two or three times a year indoors.
