Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Seven sizes of artificial date palm, from 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m), each on a natural wood trunk. Date palms are defined by the shaggy, cross-hatched trunk below the crown, and a real timber core is what makes that texture believable.

How tall is it, really?

Seven steps: 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 and 5.5 m. The upper four are atrium and exterior sizes; the 2.5 m fits a normal double-height room.

What is the trunk made of?

Natural wood, finished with the ridged date palm profile. It is heavier than fiberglass, so plan the lift for the taller sizes and check floor loading in an upper-floor installation.

Can I get it in a custom colour?

Yes, the foliage colour can be specified to match a scheme. Most projects keep the natural green, but the option is there for themed or branded installations.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is listed for indoor and outdoor use. In an exposed position the crown catches wind at every size, so anchor the base rather than relying on the planter weight.
