Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Glass fiber construction and an army green canopy give this artificial coconut palm a deeper, less saturated colour than the standard bright greens. Offered from 9 ft (3 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m), it is specified for hotel lobbies, mall installations, retail floor sets and office receptions as well as sheltered exteriors.

Why army green rather than bright green?

Because bright green is the single most common tell on an artificial tree. Living palm fronds are darker and duller than people expect, especially under indoor lighting, so the muted army green reads more convincingly in a lobby than a vivid one would.

What is the trunk made of?

Glass fiber. It is rigid, light for its strength and holds the fibrous trunk texture cleanly, which is why it is the standard material for large indoor palms where weight on a floor slab is a real consideration.

How tall is it, really?

Six sizes between 9 ft (3 m) and 18 ft (5.5 m). At 3 m it works in a standard double-height lobby; at 5.5 m you need an atrium and a clear route to get it in through the doors.
