Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The cliff pine form on a compact 3 ft (0.9 m) frame, with a natural wooden trunk and three finishes numbered 01 to 03. Three options rather than ten keeps the decision short when you need one piece for one corner and nothing more.

How tall is it, really?

About 3 ft (0.9 m). Compact is the right word - this is a piece for a side table, a low cabinet or a plant stand, not a tree that will fill an empty floor corner on its own.

Will it look real up close?

The wooden trunk holds up under inspection; the needle work does not, quite. From across a room the cliff form is convincing, and at arm's length you will see where the foliage is attached. That is the honest limit of moulded pine, here and everywhere else.

Can this go outside?

Yes, indoors or out. Outdoors, choose somewhere with overhead cover - the wooden trunk is the component that ages fastest in an exposed position, not the foliage.
