Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A six-metre artificial fir with a three-metre crown, built on a glass-fibre trunk with real wooden branches and supplied as a detachable modular structure. The modularity is the operational feature: it comes apart for transport and storage between seasons.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

In modules that bolt together on site. That means it can be carried through a normal doorway in parts, assembled in position, then broken down again in January rather than needing a permanent home.

What are the branches made of?

Real wood on a glass-fibre trunk. Wooden branches give the silhouette genuine irregularity, which is what a six-metre fir needs, since at that size a repeating moulded pattern becomes visible from across a square.

How wide does it spread?

3 m at the crown against 6 m of height, a tall narrow profile. It fits a forecourt or a mall atrium where a broader tree would block circulation.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is intended for outdoor landscapes as much as for hotels and malls. Anchor the base properly: a 6 m fir in an open forecourt takes serious wind load.
