Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Where does this work best?

Over a ceremony aisle or behind a top table, where the canopy is doing the work and the trunk is almost incidental. Choose by the width you have, not the height - at 3.5 m across, the largest option needs floor clearance a hall may not keep once the chairs go in.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is made for indoor and outdoor use. Outdoors the thing to plan for is wind: a 3 m canopy on a slim trunk catches it, so weight or stake the base if the forecast is unsettled.
