Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

How tall is it, really?

Five metres, in one fixed size. Two full storeys. Confirm the ceiling void, the door width and the access route before ordering, because a blossom canopy at this scale is wide as well as tall and cannot be squeezed through a standard corridor assembled.

Can this go outside?

Outdoor settings and grand interiors are both named uses. Fiberglass handles weather; the fabric bloom will hold colour best out of permanent unfiltered sun, so a courtyard or a covered forecourt is the position that keeps it looking new longest.
