Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A single-size artificial cedar bonsai pine, 6.5 ft (2 m) tall, moulded in plastic over fiberglass-reinforced construction. It is a one-decision tree - no height or colour to configure - for entryways, balconies, patios, offices and retail floors that need evergreen structure and nothing that drops.

How tall is it, really?

2 m exactly, which is 6.5 ft. That is roughly a door height, so it clears a standard residential ceiling with room to spare and will not look stunted in an office reception - the two positions this size is most often bought for.

Is it safe around children and pets?

There is nothing to eat, no soil to dig and no live sap. The practical caution is the same as any floor-standing tree: it has a footprint and a centre of gravity, so keep it out of a toddler's climbing path and against a wall in a busy corridor.

Can this go outside?

Yes - balconies and patios are stated uses, and the fiberglass reinforcement is what makes that possible. Somewhere with overhead shelter will keep it looking new far longer than a fully exposed position.
