Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Where a project needs a palm taller than any stock size, this artificial Canary date palm is quoted to height. The custom-height range runs 3 m to 20 m (10 ft to 66 ft), with seven sizes from 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m) held as listed options. Fiberglass throughout, handcrafted.

How tall can I order it?

Up to twenty metres. That is a building-scale palm, and orders at the top of the range are made rather than picked - expect a lead time and a delivery method appropriate to a 20 m object. Anything within 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m) is a listed size.

Is it suitable for commercial landscaping?

That is what it is for. Hotels, theme parks, civic schemes and large private gardens are the stated markets, and the custom-height model means a row of palms can be stepped in height the way a real avenue planting would be rather than repeating one size.

What is the trunk made of?

Handcrafted fiberglass. It carries the Canary date palm's characteristic thick trunk and diamond-patterned crown base, and because fiberglass does not absorb water, it does not rot, split or soften the way a timber-cored trunk would outdoors.
