Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

This faux cedar is a bonsai-form pine standing 6.7 ft (2 m), built from plastic foliage with glass-fibre reinforced detailing through the branch structure. One size, one finish - it is the straightforward option for a lobby, a restaurant floor, a covered terrace or a retail display that needs height without a specification exercise.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

Branches are folded in for transit and need opening out by hand, which takes a few minutes. Work from the trunk outward, lift each tier so it sits level, and separate the needle clusters - a tree that looks sparse on unboxing almost always just needs fanning.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes. Lobbies, restaurants, offices and retail displays are the intended settings, and the glass-fibre reinforcement is there so the branch structure survives being knocked past in a busy space rather than sagging out of shape.

Will it look real up close?

From across a room it passes easily. Standing beside it, the needle tips repeat in a way a living cedar's never do, and that is the tell. In practice it rarely matters, because trees this size are placed to be seen at distance.
