Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The Artificial Acasia Tree is a faux acacia modelled on Acacia senegal, 10 ft (3 m) tall, with silk-style leaves on a durable plastic frame and a choice of fibreglass or plastic trunk. It goes into hotel entrances, restaurant corners, event spaces and covered indoor-outdoor displays.

How tall is it, really?

10 ft, which is 3 m, in a single size. Acacia grows with a flat, spreading crown rather than a rounded one, so a 3 m acacia uses its height differently from a 3 m ficus: most of the visual interest sits high, above head height, with clear trunk below it.

Where does this work best?

Over seating. That high, flat crown means you can put a table or a bench directly underneath without anyone pushing leaves out of the way, which is exactly what a restaurant corner or a hotel entrance needs. It also reads as arid or African landscape, so it suits themed and safari-style interiors.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes, and the trunk choice is where that shows. The fibreglass trunk is the specification for high-traffic public areas where the tree gets leaned on and knocked; the plastic trunk is lighter and cheaper for a display that is moved, stored and re-used between events.
