Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A tall faux cherry blossom in fabric foliage, offered in four heights from 7.5 ft (2.3 m) to 9.8 ft (3.0 m). The profile is deliberately minimal rather than heavily flowered - it is specified for hotel lobbies, shopping malls and offices where the tree should read as architecture, not decoration.

How tall is it, really?

7.5 ft (2.3 m), 8.2 ft (2.5 m), 9.2 ft (2.8 m) and 9.8 ft (3.0 m). Every option in this range needs more than a standard ceiling. Under 3 m of headroom, the 2.3 m size is the only one that will not feel compressed.

Where does this work best?

Beside something hard. A cherry blossom against a concrete core, a glass balustrade or a stone reception desk is doing its actual job, which is softening an architectural edge. Placed in an already soft room it disappears.

Will it look real up close?

The fabric foliage has a silk-like drape that plastic blossom does not, and at three or four metres it is convincing. Close up, the flowers are attached at regular intervals along the branch where a real cherry clusters unevenly. Position it where people pass rather than pause.
