Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The Eververda Signature fiddle leaf fig is a potted artificial Ficus lyrata in water-resistant materials, at 6 ft, 7 ft or 8 ft (180 cm, 210 cm and 240 cm). It ships potted and floor-standing, which is the difference between this and the bare-stem versions in the range.

What kind of pot does it come in?

It arrives potted, so it stands and looks finished straight out of the box. Most buyers still sleeve it into a decorative planter of their own choosing, and it is sized to allow that rather than to be the last word on styling.

Where does this work best?

Home offices, apartments, hotel rooms and retail corners - places where one good plant carries the room and nobody is going to remember to water it. Beside a sofa or behind a desk at 210 cm is the placement that does the most work.

Is it safe around children and pets?

Yes, and it is one of the better reasons to buy a faux lyrata specifically. The living plant's sap irritates cats and dogs; this one has no sap, no soil to dig through and nothing that needs a fertiliser bottle kept nearby.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
