Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The Signature Artificial Cactus Plant Pot is a three-stem columnar cactus with a pentagonal profile, supplied in its pot, in three heights from 31.5 in to 47.2 in. It suits homes, hotels, restaurants, bars, lobbies and covered patios that want a clean desert accent at low level.

How tall is it, really?

Three sizes: 31.5 in (80 cm), 39.4 in (100 cm) and 47.2 in (120 cm). None of them is a floor specimen the way a seven-foot cactus is. These are table, counter, plinth and vignette sizes, or a small cluster set at the foot of a wall.

What kind of pot does it come in?

It arrives potted and ready to place, which is the whole point of the format - plant, pot and finish already resolved together. It is also light enough to lift with one hand and move, so it works for restaurants and bars that reset a room several times a week.

Where does this work best?

On a surface, at eye level or just below it. The three-stem column is a graphic shape, best read straight on, which suits a bar top, a shelf, a windowsill or a reception counter far better than the floor. Repeat it along a bar or a shelf run and it becomes a pattern.
