Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A compact artificial banana plant at 130 cm, this PE plastic faux banana carries broad natural-touch leaves on a short stem, sized to sit beside seating rather than to dominate a room. It works on patios, in entryways, in lobbies, and as wedding and event dressing.

How tall is it, really?

130 cm, which is 4.27 ft - noticeably smaller than the full-height bananas elsewhere in this range. At that size it is a floor plant next to a chair or a low table, or something to lift onto a plinth to bring it to eye level, rather than a room-defining specimen.

Can this go outside?

Yes, indoor and outdoor placement are both intended, and PE handles sun and rain better than fabric-leaved foliage does. The low centre of gravity is a real advantage outdoors: at 130 cm it is far less likely to blow over than a tall banana carrying a similar leaf area.

Where does this work best?

In groups. One small banana looks lost on its own; three at staggered heights, or a row along a terrace edge, reads as planting rather than as an object. This is also the size that sits either side of a doorway without narrowing it.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
