Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

An artificial weeping wisteria with silk flowers on a fiberglass trunk, stocked at 13 ft (4 m) and made to order from 3.5 ft to 19.5 ft (1 m to 6 m). Wisteria is grown for the hanging raceme, and that cascading purple bloom is what makes it a ceremony and lobby tree rather than a background plant.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, from 1 m to 6 m. That six-metre ceiling covers atria and marquee builds, and because the racemes hang, the usable height is what you have above the viewer's head - the taller the tree, the longer the cascade can be before it reaches eye level.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass. It gives a rigid spine and a bark-textured surface, and it is what allows the branches to reach out horizontally far enough for the flowers to fall clear of the trunk instead of hanging against it.

Where does this work best?

Over a walked-through space. Line two or more along an aisle and the racemes form a blooming tunnel, which is the classic use - a single wisteria in a corner never shows what the form can do.
