Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

This artificial grass wall panel comes in the large 3.3 x 3.3 ft (1.0 x 1.0 m) format - one panel, one square metre. For a big architectural green wall that is the specification that matters, because it quarters the number of seams compared with a 50 cm tile.

How many panels do I need per square metre?

One. A 6 m x 3 m lobby wall is 18 panels. The arithmetic being that simple is half the reason specifiers reach for this size.

Where does this work best?

Large uninterrupted runs: a dining room feature wall, a double-height reception, a retail perimeter. It is the wrong choice for a wall broken up by sockets, signage and door returns, where a smaller tile wastes less material.

Will it look real up close?

At conversational distance it holds up well - the leaf density is high enough that you do not see backing through it. Put your face close and it is plainly a moulded plastic surface. We would rather set that expectation now than have you discover it at handover.
