Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Unlike a plain grass tile, this 3.3 x 3.3 ft (1.0 x 1.0 m) panel mixes boxwood-style foliage with floral accents, so the surface has variation built into it. That mixed texture is what stops a large green wall reading as flat carpet under camera lighting.

What makes this different from a plain grass panel?

Layered foliage plus hedge flower detail, rather than a single leaf type on a fixed pitch. The eye picks up the irregularity and stops looking for the grid. On a photographed backdrop that difference is worth more than any spec sheet line.

Where does this work best?

Reception focal walls, brand moments, and any surface that will be photographed - product shoots, press walls, wedding backdrops. It is a decorative panel rather than a screening one, so use it where it is seen head-on.

How many panels do I need per square metre?

One panel per square metre. Colour options vary by batch, so order the whole wall in a single order rather than topping up later - mixed batches of a floral panel are much more obvious than mixed batches of plain green.
