Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A real-touch artificial rainbow taro, sold in six sizes from 2.6 ft to 5.9 ft (0.8 m to 1.8 m). Taro leaves are broad, upright and shield-shaped rather than split like a monstera, so this one fills a space with solid green mass instead of an outline.

How tall is it, really?

Six steps between 80 cm and 180 cm - 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 m. That fine spacing is unusual, and it is what lets you buy two different heights and stand them together for a layered, planted look rather than a single lonely stem.

Can this go outside?

Yes - the plastic foliage is both water resistant and UV resistant, and balconies and covered patios are stated uses. Broad leaves catch wind, so a sheltered position keeps the stems standing where you set them.

Where does this work best?

Dining tables and consoles at the small sizes, floor corners at 1.6 m and 1.8 m. The upright leaf habit means it does not sprawl across a surface, which is why the shorter versions work as a centrepiece where a trailing plant would be in the way.
