Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

This large artificial palm is a made-to-order outdoor tree, produced in six standard sizes from 10 ft (3 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m) and to custom heights between 1 m and 10 m. It is built in plastic, described as water and UV resistant, and specified for hotel plazas, malls, gardens and event spaces.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes - this is the product in the range that is genuinely made to order, at any height from 1 m to 10 m. Minimum order is one piece, so a single bespoke tree is a real option rather than a container-load commitment. Confirm your height and the placement environment before ordering, because production starts from that.

Can this go outside?

Outdoor placement is the primary use case, and the materials are described as water resistant and UV resistant. It also works indoors. No test standard is quoted for the resistance claims, so we describe them rather than warrant them.

How long does a custom order take?

Because each tree is made to the height ordered, lead time is set per order rather than fixed. Ask us before you commit to an installation date - a custom 8 m palm is not a stock item and cannot be treated as one.
