Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Five metres tall with a canopy ten metres across, this handcrafted faux cherry blossom is twice as wide as it is high. That proportion is deliberate: it is built to spread over a dining floor or a photo set rather than to stand as a vertical accent.

How wide does it spread?

10 m, against a height of 5 m. Plan the room around the canopy footprint, not the trunk position, and check that nothing sits within a five-metre radius at head height.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass. A ten-metre spread cantilevers a great deal of weight away from the centre, and the fiberglass core is what stops the outer branches drooping over time.

Where does this work best?

Restaurants, hotels and dedicated photo spots. Trees at this scale are usually installed as a feature people stand underneath, so allow for foot traffic beneath the canopy when you position it.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes, exclusively so. Installation needs access equipment and a fixed base, and the canopy sections are assembled in place rather than lifted in whole.
