Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Three pile depths on one metre-square panel is the useful thing here: 30 mm (1.18 in), 40 mm (1.57 in), or a varied 4-10 cm (1.57-3.94 in). The panel measures 3.3 x 3.3 ft (1.0 x 1.0 m) in plastic foliage, in green tones including army green, for landscaping and vertical wall builds.

Which pile depth should I order?

30 mm for a flat, tidy background surface; 40 mm for general-purpose green wall work; 4-10 cm where you want visible depth and shadow. Mixing depths across one wall is a legitimate technique - a band of long pile through a field of short reads as planting rather than product.

How many panels do I need per square metre?

One, which makes estimating trivial: a 5 m fence line greened to 1.8 m is 9 panels. Order in one batch, because army green in particular shifts slightly between production runs.

Can this go outside?

Yes - it is designed for wall-mounted use indoors or out, and outdoor landscaping is its main job. Fix it to battens on an exterior wall so air can move behind it, and it will shed rain rather than trap it.
