Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The defining feature of this giant artificial Christmas tree is DMX music-sync lighting: an LED system of more than 2,000 lights that can be programmed to run timed shows against an audio track. It stands on a foldable steel or aluminium frame in sizes from 9.8 ft (3 m) to 26.2 ft (8 m).

What does DMX music sync actually let me do?

Run a scheduled light show. DMX is the standard lighting-control protocol, so the tree can be driven from the same desk or controller as the rest of a venue's lighting, and effects can be cued to music for a switch-on event or a nightly programme.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

The frame is foldable, which is the practical difference between this and a fixed-frame tree. It packs down smaller, is easier to get through a service corridor, and stores in less space for eleven months of the year.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes - this is aimed squarely at shopping centres, hotel entrances and municipal programmes. If nobody on site can operate a DMX desk, specify a simpler tree instead; the control system is most of what you are paying for here.
