Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

This is a single decorative stem, not a plant - one red faux flower stem at 27.5 in (70 cm) in moulded plastic, for indoor styling. Florists, stylists and hotel housekeeping teams buy these by the dozen to build arrangements that hold their shape between changeovers.

How many stems do I need?

More than you think. A single 70 cm stem is a component, not an arrangement. A tall floor vase in a hotel lobby typically wants nine to fifteen stems to look deliberate; three looks apologetic. Order in odd numbers and cut some shorter for depth.

Can this go outside?

No. This one is specified for indoor use only. Left outside, an unrated plastic stem will lose colour quickly and the red pigment in particular fades faster than green does.

Does it need any maintenance?

Almost none, which is why it exists. No water, no stem cutting, no discarded arrangement every Monday morning. A shake or a light dust is the whole job, and the stems can be recut with wire cutters to suit a new vessel.
