Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

This faux flower branch is a hanging decorative piece for ceilings and walls, built on a natural-wood style structure with blossom along the length. Nine sizes run from 1.0 m to 3.0 m, which lets it work as a single accent over a table or as a run across a feature wall.

Nine lengths from 3.3 ft (1.0 m) to 9.8 ft (3.0 m). Since it hangs, treat that figure as the drop or the run rather than a standing height, and check the fixing height before choosing a size.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

It ships compressed and needs to be fanned out once mounted. Ten minutes of spreading the side stems is the difference between a branch that looks planted and one that looks like it came out of a box, which is exactly what it did.
