Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A 1.6 x 1.6 ft (0.50 x 0.50 m) artificial grass wall panel with a natural-touch finish, rated as both UV resistant and water resistant. It is built for high-traffic installs - entry moments, retail backdrops and feature walls that get brushed against all day.

Does it need any maintenance?

Very little. No watering, no feeding, no trimming. A vacuum with a brush head two or three times a year in an interior; a hose-down outdoors. Somewhere near a kitchen or a bar, expect to wash it rather than brush it, because airborne grease is what actually kills these panels.

Can this go outside?

Yes. The panel is UV resistant and water resistant and is suitable for indoor or outdoor wall applications. No standard or test duration is stated for either claim, so treat them as descriptive rather than as a warranty.

Will it look real up close?

The natural-touch finish means the blades have some give rather than feeling like a doormat, which is what people check first when they reach out. It still will not survive a close inspection as living grass, and we would rather say that plainly.
