Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Fibre optic elements set this commercial Christmas tree apart from the LED-only trees in the range. Built in PE, PVC and PET with an integrated LED system, it is offered in ten sizes from 9.8 ft (3 m) to 49.2 ft (15 m) and in green, white or black.

What do the fibre optic elements do?

They carry light out to points the LEDs cannot reach, giving fine sparkle across the surface rather than visible bulbs on a wire. The effect is subtler than a straight LED wrap and reads better at close range, which is why this one suits lobbies as well as forecourts.

How tall is it, really?

Ten sizes, 9.8 ft (3 m) up to 49.2 ft (15 m). The 3 m and 4 m sizes go indoors in a hotel lobby or an atrium. Above 10 m this is a landmark installation with the logistics to match.

What colours can I get?

Green, white or black. Black is the unusual one and it is genuinely striking under white light - it disappears into a night sky and leaves only the fibre optic points visible, which no green tree can do.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
