Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

The blossom is UV-resistant, which is the specification that matters for a tree standing in a garden or under a glazed mall roof. Resistant is not the same as immune - expect a gradual softening of the pink over several seasons outdoors.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, customisation is offered on this tree, so a different height can be quoted. The stocked 11 ft version is the one that ships without a lead-time conversation, and it clears most event and retail ceilings.

Can this go outside?
