Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The Artificial Wisteria Tree is a full-size faux wisteria, with cascading plastic bloom trails hung from a shaped trunk and branch frame, standing 14 ft (4.2 m). It is an event and commercial piece - hotel lobbies, mall atriums, wedding backdrops and themed installations, where the hanging flowers do the work.

How tall is it, really?

14 ft (4.2 m) as listed. That is atrium scale rather than living-room scale. Check the ceiling before committing, and remember the flower trails hang downward, so the visual mass sits well below the top of the tree and needs clear air beneath it.

Where does this work best?

Anywhere people can walk underneath it. Wisteria reads best from below, so the height earns its keep over a photo zone, in a double-height lobby, or framing an aisle. Under a low ceiling the trails bunch against each other and the effect collapses.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, this model is made to order and customisation is offered on size. If you are building a run of them for a themed space, send the ceiling height and the footprint you need to fill and have it specified properly, rather than cutting trails back on site.
