Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Sixty centimetres (2 ft) of artificial welcome pine on a natural wood trunk, offered with four basin shapes: arc circle, high round, square and straight round. Two feet is front-desk scale - a wine cabinet, a display shelf, a hotel check-in counter.

What kind of pot does it come in?

One of four basins, chosen at order. The high round basin lifts the tree and suits a low shelf; the square basin gives a flatter, more architectural footprint that sits better against a modern reception desk.

How tall is it, really?

Around 60 cm (2 ft) with the basin included. That is small enough to sit beneath a wall-mounted screen or inside a display cabinet, and it is the size to pick when a 1.2 m bonsai would simply be in the way.

Is it safe around children and pets?

There is no soil, no fertiliser and no pollen involved. The needles are moulded rather than sharp, but the basin has real weight for its size, so this belongs on a stable surface rather than a narrow ledge.
