Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

An oversized artificial cherry blossom on a moulded trunk, measuring 10 ft wide by 20 ft tall (3 m by 6 m). At two storeys this is an installation piece rather than a floor plant - it is bought for mall voids, hotel atria, garden features and wedding backdrops that need a whole canopy overhead.

How wide does it spread?

10 ft (3 m) across against 20 ft (6 m) of height, so the proportion is tall and narrow rather than umbrella-shaped. That matters when you are siting it: it wants vertical volume, and it will look wrong in a wide low room where the canopy cannot rise clear of sightlines.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

It is built for nothing else. Malls, hotel lobbies and outdoor garden schemes are the stated uses, and at this scale you should plan the anchoring, the access equipment and the delivery route with your contractor before ordering.

Can this go outside?

Yes - it is specified for indoor or outdoor placement, and gardens and patios are listed uses. Wind loading on a 6 m canopy is the real design question outdoors, so fix it properly rather than relying on the base alone.
