Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A pre-lit artificial spruce Christmas tree in 6.5, 7.5 and 9 ft, supplied with a rotating stand and mixed RGB and warm white lighting. The rotating base is the unusual part: the tree turns so a decorated back is never wasted against a wall.

Does it come with lights fitted?

Yes, fitted before it ships. The set combines RGB colour and warm white, with selectable lighting modes, so the same tree can run warm and traditional for a dinner service and colour-shifting for a party.

How tall is it, really?

6.5 ft, 7.5 ft or 9 ft. The 9 ft version is a commercial-scale tree and needs a ceiling above 10 ft to clear the topper as well as the rotating base beneath it.

Does it need any maintenance?

It does not shed, which is the main operational reason venues move away from cut trees. Between seasons, store it in the branch-folded position rather than compressed flat.

Where does this work best?

Hotel lobbies, function rooms, retail floors and homes with the ceiling height to take it. A rotating tree needs clear floor all the way around, so it belongs in an open space rather than a corner.
